hi everyone
since windows 10 update to ver 10.0.17134.48, winvnc service started failed with error code 193:0xc1
Does anyone have this problem?

error code 193:0xc1 : Path not found
service refer to winvnc.exe but winvnc.exe does not longer exist at that place.
Try
manual start winvnc.exe
Via systray
uninstall service
install service
