Getting a Blank Screen from win 10 computer

For some reason with win 10 computers with the new big update that came out this past month and also with new computers with win 10 on them .. I have been having a lot of problem accessing their systems using ultraVNC 12.16 ... where it will just be a blank screen .. I'm logged into it but its just blank ... I've tried changing the way to view the remote connection but nothing works .. is this a ongoing issue because it seem to be getting worst with every new big update from windows .. the remote connections I do are all with very high bandwidth connections .. hope anybody can help because this is getting really frustrating .. thanks for all your time
