Hello all.
I am having an issue when I try to VNC into a computer that has three monitors. We use an onboard video card and then a PCI video card running windows 10 1709. if we use either the onboard or PCI video card separate from the other it seems to work fine. It's just when we use them together VNC will crash. Has anyone else had this same type of issue?
Thank you for your help with this. if you need more info I can provide that. Also, the video card doesn't matter if it's a Nivida or an ATI.

VNC Keeps Crashing
Re: VNC Keeps Crashing
I don't know that this will fix anything, but I would like to suggest a test.
For some reason, I have had viewer crashes when connecting to certain remote PCs, but when I change my viewer to connect "ViewOnly" it will connect without an issue then I can toggle ViewOnly off after the connection. I don't know why it makes a difference, but sometimes it does. And the real odd thing is that I have a problem connecting with one (or two) specific PC(s) (that my coworker can connect to just fine) and my coworker has problems connecting with a different PC (that I can connect to without an issue).
For a second test, try changing the encoding in your viewer before you try to connect. I have had similar results and changing the encoding has fixed a few connection issues.
Just trying to help.

thank you for the reply. but that did not seem to work either.
Re: VNC Keeps Crashing
Hate to be the "me too" guy, but me too.
Same scenario. I have 3 monitors. The left is driven by my onboard video and the middle and right are both driven by the same nVidia GTX 1080 card. If I remote in with secondary monitors enabled, I get a brief (~1 second) view of my workspace and then UVNC Server crashes. Version 1.2.2.1.
