UltraVNC Server and TeamViewer on the same machine

Hello. A simple question: there is a computer with TeamViewer server installed, can it work with UltraVNC server simultaneously? Can something wrong happen if both TV and UVNC sessions are active? Thanks.

We have both on lots of PC's. Works fine.
