UltraVNC is not working in TD Express 15.10 Virtual Machine

Hello to everyone,

I downloaded the TD Express 15.10 Virtual Machine from the official Teradata webpage and it comes with the following version of Suse Linux:
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1 (x86_64) - Kernel \r (\l).
Appartently, this virtual machine comes with UltraVNC pre-installed and ready to run but I can't make it work. This is weird because in the previous version of this virtual machine (TD Express 15.00 VM), UltraVnc does work, but I need the 15.10 version.

I've asked in Teradata forums with no answer. I need to be able to do remote desktop connections from a Windows machine and I don't know what to do :cry:

I would appreciate some help.
