access server:
Source code changed to make it use the viewer defined access server and not the " preset saved ini file".
The creator save his settings to a preset file, because the value of the access servers was not editable from creator menu
you could not change it.

pane to small:
Left pane is to small, make it resizable.

uac need to be checked, but it should work like this
When activated,
-uac is disabled for admins
-On exit, original settings is restored
On run, it ask one time uac access ( you can not disabled uac while you are not elevated)
It only works if the user who started pchw is admin.
(Fixed error, restore old value was not done in case of cancel)

Running as service, check if name ="" and replace by
hostname in that case.
