Only a Blank Screen is shown when try to take UltraVNC

Hi,

When we try to take UltraVNC we only see a blank blue colored Screen and VNcServer runs into an application error (Event ID 1000: Faulting app winvnc.exe, version 1.0.9.6...) . But after re imaging of device with same image problem get resolved.


UltraVNC Config at Client:
UltraVNC version= 1.0.9.6.1
DSMPlugin=SecureVNCPlugin.dsm

UltraVNC Config at Server:
UltraVNC version= 1.0.9.6
DSMPlugin=SecureVNCPlugin.dsm
