Most will be given after what parameters is correct

Sorry I don't use PCHelpWare, but a similar problem happens in UltraVNC when the "view-only pasword" and full "VNC password" are mistakenly set THE SAME.

Who in PCHELPWARE, please with current helped, this kind of circumstance is what reason?

To solve the problems, it has just now is my own WIN2003 to run the system problem PcHelpWare_server. May be a DLL files not registered, or my computer lacks a DLL files. Looking for the ultimate reason right now :-D
