Dual screen with Vista or 7

Hi,

I use UltraVNC in my company and I have recently a lot of trouble.
I use UltraVNC Viewer 1.0.9.6.2 and UltraVNC SC http://httpwww.uvnc.com/downloads/singl ... loads.html the update 2011.

My probleme is :
When I enabled aero in Windows 7 computer, I can see the second screen of my customers but the connection is too low. That's why I disabled aero (it's did automatically with the last version of SC 2011) but I can't see the second screen. I see the mouse but all the screen is black.

How can I resolved this problem ?
I can't install mirror drivers in my customers' computer because my boss isn't agree.

I'll try to be more understandable :

When Aero graphics in Vista or 7 is enabled, we can see and control the second display (of course, it works perfectly in Windows XP).

When Aero graphics is disabled (and it's an obligation for the fluidity in vista or 7), the second display is all black. I juste can see my mouse and I guess somewhere on the screen there are a window or an object because the mouse change its style. But I can't see any window on the screen. It's all black.
We just can control and see the first display.

I just test UltraVNC server 1.0.9.6.2 on a customer computer.
The dual screen works correctly with Windows 7. It means it does not work only with SC.

I really need a help. Is that a knowing problem ? Have you prevoying a new release ?
