Hello. We use Vnc to connect to our clients. They run a simple exe and it connects them via Ultravnc depending upon the tech they select.
I have a situation where I need to install a piece of software that cannot be used via RDP. The client is gone, so I cannot have them connect me via our standard method with VNC. I tried to connect via RDP then run our program. The problem is that the screen locks up on VNC when I close the RDP session.
Is there a setting or something I can do to accomplish this? I essentially have RDP access to the site that has nobody on it now.
