File Transfer PRoblem

I have an XP Pro machine that I cannot file transfer with. File sharing is enabled and I have toggled to both states of user impersonation with no success. From the same viewer I can share files fine with a machine running Win2K. I am running the same version of software on all machines. I get the message:"File Transfer permission denied: disabled or unknown user or version incompatibility" On the file transfer screen on the right hand panel there is a message "'WARNING: File Transfer is Disabled on the Remote Machine." Can anyone help me?

The "Enable" button is checked and the "Impersonization' button is checked. Still no soap.

check if there no other vnc was installed before on computer problem

I had this problem because of:

Server / Admin Properties / Keyboard & Mouse / Disable Viewers Input (checked)

instead of unchecked. This is:

InputsEnabled=0

in ultravnc.ini but should be =1

Can also be a configuration difference between Service Mode Configuration and Current User Configuration.
You may want to check that both configurations have FT enabled.
