Silent install Trigers password configuration

Greetings

I am new to this flavor of VNC and could really use some help. I am scripting a silent installs for uvnc using the following commands:

UltraVNC-102-Setup.exe /saveinf="c:\conf.inf"

to save a copy of my install

then I Uninstall the UVNC software and use the

UltraVNC-102-Setup.exe /loadinf="c:\conf.inf" /silent

Now then the install runs and then I am prompted to configure a password and he configuration menu appears.

Now I know if I perform an install, un install then re install the app works because the password is stored in the registry. This works unless I use the option to clean the registry.

My question is how to I set this password or stop this prompt. I can set the password via command prompt once the VNC is installed however I can't have all the users seeing this pop up as I am trying to do a roll out.

So can anyone give me clear direction on this, please and thank you.
