Fall back to VNC password if MS Logon not available?

Is there a way to configure UltraVNC to use MSLogon under typical circumstances, but if the domain is not available, or the computer is no longer a member of the domain, it can fall back to a pre-configured VNC password?

We sometimes have computers that are off the domain due to being turned off for more than 60 days, or we have other reasons for needing to remove them from the domain to a workgroup temporarily and then put them back on the domain. With RealVNC today we can continue to get in since it only uses a VNC password, but I'm really wanting to start using MSLogon to be more secure.

not available, already requested at feature request but there no developer of MS Logon, the one has left the staff... no news.

Any mobile remote app (IOS n/or Android) working with MS logon ?

I use akRDC for Android. I can't find anything that allows me to use MSLogon and encryption, but this one does allow me to use MSLogon.
