Remote Connection Through A Router

I have a modem that connects to a router. I have a couple of pc's and a laptop connected to the router to share the internet connection. Is it possible for me to remote an other person like me who have 2 pc connected to a router ? Which IP address would I use ?

Thanks!

Poor quality of the pchelpware viewer

Using the pchelpware viewer is verry usefull but I found that the quality is poor. When opening few windows in the remote pc, it start to be very very slow Is there a solution or should I try the Ultra VNC viewer which I think is very tricky to configure if I'm behind a router for a beginner like me ...
