Re: DSM / UVNC crashes with multiuser- cant disable multiuse
Thx. I think the problem was that I insalled only the first packet on my w2k3 server and not the addon which is required for the service (I didn' realize first that the 2nd part is required for the service since the download page - a bit missleadingly - sayes: "Video Driver, Special Service - The ...

Re: DSM / UVNC crashes with multiuser- cant disable multiuse
Does it relate to the server, or both viewers must be RC4 as well?In RC4, a second Viewer simply can't connect when a first one is already connected and the server uses a DSM plugin. No crash. The second viewer is simply rejected.

Re: Lock server input question
Don't agree.
Sometimes it is almost impossible to help because both parties are inputing simultaneously. The customer accepts the restriction.
However adding the functionality you suggested makes sense.

Re: PcHelpWare Client Interface Customization
Use SC GUI instead of the new GUI. Everything customizable. And what's more, you can add several hosts to menu.OfficialGuest wrote:Would be cool to customize the buttons in future versions, I mean to change the button text into my language.

Re: PHW SC GUI feedback
The way PHW SC GUI interpret balloon2a and b, is not really informative: Instead of showing the balloon tips over the system tray icon, it shows them in the hidden connection window, while showing the balloon tip "PcHelpWare" over the system tray icon in the same time. The connection window resumes ...

Balloons not visable
Balloons on sever side are not visible on the viewer.
(E. g. the balloon over the PHW system tray icon)
With UVNC, however, they are visible.
Tested with XP-SP2 both side, repeater - mode 2, both PHW and SC GUI
