With One major problem, the application icon is still the YELLOW VNC ICON and NOT my own icon

Is There a Fault with online compiler??? WTF???
I have followed the step by step, created all correct files, Including ICON1 and ICON2. Zipped the files uploaded then downloaded.
With One major problem, the application icon is still the YELLOW VNC ICON and NOT my own icon . The Taskbar icon is mine.
