I've got my Windows 11 display scaled to 150% to make reading easier. Testing the new UltraVnc 1500 winvnc.exe, I clicked the 'Options' to expand the Settings, and the bottom was not visible, and could not be scrolled up. I would like an option for VNCViewer to prevent the user from entering "Full Screen" mode. When un-sophisticated users accidentally get VNCViewer into Full Screen mode, they can get confused between their machine and the WINVNC "Viewed" machine.
