This is a great feature that should be added.
So, remote user cannot take away the clipboard. (seen in anydesk)
Users can't take away the clipboard through the browser. we have protected the browser in some other ways through the firewall.

You are correct! if the user had little knowledge about how to do all of these tricky things. So, what should I do in the case where An user uses a PC remotely but I don't want him to alter VNC settings. If he kills services or do trick he will be kicked out and can't log in until everything is ok ...

The user is an administrator. so, he can also change the admin settings which are risky in some cases.
I have seen something similar in TightVNC.
