Important: We always need help to have UltraVNC directly for macOS and Linux in more Windows.

@DominikHoffmann: In UltraVNC Viewer -> Options -> Display -> you can change the UltraVNC Server resolution.
But you do not use the UltraVNC Viewer on a macOS...
We always need help to have UltraVNC on other OS and on ARM too...

ForSic : There is a security.
You must to connect with an administrator user account to enable non-administrator user to manage settings (except "Administration" tab).
UltraVNC Server -> Settings -> Administration -> Add a secure password and you can enable for non-administrator with a checkbox.

ForSic : There is a security.
You must to connect with an administrator user account to enable non-administrator user to manage settings (except "Administration" tab).
UltraVNC Server -> Settings -> Administration -> Add a secure password and you can enable for non-administrator with a checkbox.

@Geronimo: For the moment, the log file is not at the good place, it is in %ProgramFiles%\uvnc bvba\UltraVNC.
It will be at the good place soon.

Geronimo : What OS are your servers (what is the good, what is the bad)?
Whats are your logs?
Have you "uvnc_service" when you launch "services.msc"?
If yes, please delete it with sc command: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/sc-delete
Please uninstall ...

To be more clear, what do you think if we rename UltraVNC files and service?

Files should be renamed to:
- ultravnc_server.exe ultravnc_viewer.exe ultravnc_service
- uvnc_server.exe uvnc_viewer.exe uvnc_service
- keep winvnc.exe vncviewer.exe uvnc_service
