@ruckb, like @rvk has said, it is a problem of firewall/antivirus on your machines.
UltraVNC uses by default the 5900 tcp/udp port.
It is really important to have Private networks, it must be never "Public" for security reasons.

My personal account has been blocked by Wikipedia Germany Team last night and I had the possibility to explain the situation but result no success.
