As far as I know there is a way to do it manually. It should tell you in the readme file. Have you had a look there?

thanks for your help. No we dont run anything that "should" block the exe from running. I have tried this on all the pcs in my domain. Still nothing.
I have now convinced my IT manager to move over to pchelpware.

The problem is that he doesn't like what he doesn't know (and he is an IT Manager??? How does that work :P ) and he has used the VNC before. I asked him about this yesterday and he told me if I couldn't do the job he would give it to one of my technicians to do...... So I guess i am stuck with ...
