Ah that worked, thank you. But why do you have to use a different format depending on which port ranges you use? You don't. It's just that the single colon format is used when specifying the connection by server number starting at the default port of 5900. For example ip_address:2 is the same as ip ...

Great program! I am having one minor issue though. When I disconnect from the host computer, the wallpaper is not restored. Is there a setting I need to check. I also don't mind if the wallpaper is not removed at all. I run the viewer at a low color depth anyway and it makes little difference to me ...
