Does anyone know what the best server settings are? For example, does "Poll full Screen (ultra fast)" conflict with "poll foreground window"?
Apparently, it's possible to select both. Also SystemHokk.dll and DDEngine. Should I select one or both. What are the best settings? I can't find any ...
