when connecting to headless server I have Password accepted and nothing more... while connecting with 1.2.2.4 results in connecting to blackscreen with mouse (which I somehow prefer more for now)

There is setting in other vnc product (https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004012211-Display-issues-when-connecting-to-VNC-Server-running-on-Windows-10) that try to overcome the issue via software method.
It could help few of use without dummy monitor dongle.

It would be awesome if installer/setting.exe had option to set service as being controlled by every non admin user.

We use special script that give those perminision to non-admin user which works great but build-in function would work even better (especially for remote user that need help)

repeater have a hardcoded limit of connection that it accept and its at around 10? if I recall you need to change that before compiling, another think 9 characters is max but you can use less.
We didn't want to have all user connected because security reasons and overcome the issue by making bat ...

Do we have setting similar to the one in realvnc to try to overcome this issue?

From what I found this is issue when using monitor with hdmi/displayport that its disabled. Depending on gpu intel/nvidia/amd there are different results.

Update:
- when I restart PC remotly, and connect to it without turning monitor on, the resolution is smaller (1024x768, should be 1920x1080, maybe that's related to smaller menu), and with both settings (duplicator/hookdll) I see WPF form without issue.

I also noticed that when I'm able to connect when monitor is turn off (System HookDLL), the start menu is acting strange:

- in case image go offline - the menu inside the start menu is super small it works with mouse/arrows but its a lot smaller than normal one.

Monitor is plugged with HDMI cable (I'm writing about this because I found similar thing on realvnc page)

Enabling "System HookDLL" allow me to connect but Application wroten with WPF are not updating forms - you cannot work with them.

We have same issue, we want to install only server. It's possible to do via exe installer, but not with MSI installer, we tried transform files already (changed values and changed conditions).
Would like to have that function there because I don't need to install viewers when I only need servers.

web interface would be cool, but anything even like console output would be also ok.

I moved from working flawless windows7 setup on Windows 10 one (I know, but if I didn't have to do that I wouldn't).
I had issue with WPF based application that did not show up correctly - I read that its because WPF forms use GPU Acceleration and the default uVNC video driver is software ...

Would be awesome to have it working on linux.

static password would be cool but without process being as service then you would disconnect and uvnc2me just close after success session.

I would love to see option to install it as service.

uvnc2me is very nice thing (similar to TeamViewer), but when standard user run it, and there is a need to do some "admin" work on pc the first UAC destroys every hope.

The way @hrichter wrote would be most compatible (with current repeaters)
or with custom repeater - if password is forward from viewer to repeater to server checked, why cant flag 'allow' be send to from server to repeater and then repeater would say "OK, viewer you can connect ...

What would be the point ? your "repeater" is your SERVER.

This issue is probably because standard user run 2me, and UAC is not part of that user.
You should somehow install 2me as service - but I have not clue how to do that.
