Thank you very much, you were right, Port 5500 was used by the listening vncviewer which I loaded in autostart. It works now, also from outside the firewall.

I tried to replace SC with PCHelpware but did not get it to run.
I want to use a direct connection because I have a static IP Adress. But first I would like to test ist in my network (192.168.0.0/24).

Hi all from another newbie,
I have the same problem as stated above. I have all firewalls switched off and I am trying in a local network. I get the msg. that I have received an incoming connection from 192.168.0.34, after pressing Accept nothing does happen on both sides.
