Update after more testing: Test with a friend, Me=viewer 1.0.2 / win98 (same as before) Remote=SC / XP SP2 on Dell laptop / screen 1024 x 768+ 32 bit color / wifi / dsl Tried to reproduce problem by choosing mouse pointer "3D Bronze" and Fast User Switching=ON. Probably yes, I dont know for certain but it is "out of the box default" install. Does this SC that you created work elsewhere? Perhaps a different location.
