hi guys..i have another problem.... i have done a search for "98" on this entire forum and can find nothing, so..... i have just done a remote support job for a client with windows 98, fixed the problem, went to look for the "stop remote support" icon, and it wasnt there.... i right clicked the uvnc ...

ok thanks for the constructive help there guys...i will try disabling aero. vista support comes when it comes...its no big deal to wait. i dont recommend any of my customers to have it....some decide to ignore the advice though....they get told that "well, thats your problem" so its not a worry ...

sorry my last post was a bit confusing....

i am using one click (viewer version 1.1.0.3) ...it works with all my other customers ....the only difference is vista....

version of one click creator is 1.8.4.8

hi guys...hope all is well. just had a customer with vista, cant see their screen. it loads ok and connects to my technicin PC ok, but the remote screen is blank. is this to do with the UAC crap on vista? (although customer didnt report that it was asking her to let the program run) does SC work ...

hi phil. i didnt actually receive any emails with those instructions on, so thats why im still asking...also, i emailed both dual desk and advantig help and they havent responded to me either, hence the post on this site.....
