ok thanks for the constructive help there guys...i will try disabling aero. vista support comes when it comes...its no big deal to wait. i dont recommend any of my customers to have it....some decide to ignore the advice though....they get told that "well, thats your problem" so its not a worry ...

i am using one click (viewer version 1.1.0.3) ...it works with all my other customers ....the only difference is vista....
