I see now, I did not read correctly.
That is odd that once you tab to host window and select the link you want, you cannot hit enter to "double-click"?

You could just rename "Internet Support" in your helpdesk.txt to Double-click here for Remote Support. I just started working with this today and I found that to be a better option.

Ok for those of you that needed help like me, here is what you do.
1. You need to install and configure UVNC server.
2. <Windows> Goto Start > Programs / All Programs > UltraVNC > UltraVNC Viewer > Run UltraVNC Viewer (Listen Mode)
You should be able to allow remote assistance after that.
