You could just rename "Internet Support" in your helpdesk.txt to Double-click here for Remote Support. I just started working with this today and I found that to be a better option.

Also, if your not using the "Internet Support encryption", you can just comment it out so the supported users will ...

Sorry to be dredging this old thread up, but a customer of mine was having problems with her mouse so I talked her through the process of opening IE & downloading SC from my FTP and run it, all via the keyboard.
