After 5 minutes the connection closes

This might be a normal issue but I want to know if anyone knows how to change the timer.
1. When a session is initated if it is not accepted within 5 minutes it can't be accepted after that.
2. If a open session is left alone for a period of time it closes out.

Use encryption and non encryption

Is it possible to run the listener using the dsm plugin but allow some unencrypted connections to come in too, or do you have to use one or the other? Also any suggestions of why I get an error when the client comes in stating "The plugin was unable to locate the key file".
