I've used the UltraVnc_1_2_17_ALL.zip extracted the logmessages.dll from 32\xp folder (even I am on 64 bit Windows 7), restarted the VNC service and tada :) Event Viewer is reporting that client with IP did not connect instead of error. Thanks a lot for your help! Just curious is there any chance to ...

I am on 64 bit VNC version and do not have logmessages.dll in the ultravnc folder, however I have similar file:
C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVNC\logging.dll
