I am trying to set up SC to work only on my LAN. I created the Helpdesk.txt file with my IP:5500, ZIPped it and created an EXE from that file. Something that sometimes works is making sure that the port is forwarded and if there is a checkmark "enable" next to the port, make sure it's checked and make sure only one is enabled also make sure your IP has not changed, you can check by going to cmd and typing in ipconfig.
