I can also reproduce issue.
Host/Server is windows 10 and Viewer runs on windows 7.
Reproduced with:
1) Start connection and switch to full screen
2) restore window (top bar)
3) minimize viewer and wait a few minutes

I want to control from another Windows 7 PC using also 1.2.1.7 Viewer with the encryption DSM
