I cannot figure out how to fully customize the UVNC2ME 1.0.6 and I'm having a couple problems...

Logo

There is no BMP file in the unvc2me_custom.zip file.
There is no exact filename given here or in the instructions on http://www.uvnc2me.com/
uvnc2me.ini file
