Look for 'scroll lock' key on your keyboard (on US/English keyboard normally it's next to 'pause/break' or 'print screen') and press it, then try Win+L from vncviewer.

It could be your internal/lan IP. If it's 192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x or in 172.16.x.x - 172.31.x.x you cannot use it from outside. read
