After upgrading, I was able to get it to work with the following command line option.
"C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" /listen 5501 -quickoption 4

I want to use SC to connect to my my viewer in listening mode. I have port forwarding setup on the router and all works fine as long as I leave the default port on 5500.
