Thanks Rudi. Yes it is the Team Viewer ad. This problem only occurs while I am uploading a file, never at any other time. It also only happens with certain sites. What causes the error and how do I get a more reliable connection?
Thanks

Advertisement: How do I get rid of it in SC
With some of my users SC connects and stays connected. With others, when I am uploading a file, an advert pops up and when I close the advert it disconnects the remote site. Not worried about the advert but the disconnection requires a phone call to get them to reconnect and they can be in another ...

Re: SC with dyndns
All fixed locally. Works over my LAN. Now to test over the internet. It appears that the No-IP updater was not working correctly.

Re: SC with dyndns
SC appears correct but what do I need to have running as the host. In the original (non Win7 version) I just started the standard VNCViewer listening on port 5500. Maybe there was something else running in the background as SC with mypc.myvnc.com:5500 and VNC Viewer listening on 5500 is not working ...

SC with dyndns
I have created SC but replaced my fixed IP with dyndns, but it does not connect from a remote site. Router is set to allow it to come in on port 5500 and NAT to the correct pc. However, the router log does not record any attempt to connect. Currently I have mysite.dyndns-pics.com:5500 in place of ...
