I installed 1.1.9.6 while this was fixed.... and after updated to 1.2.0.3 to test what do you asked, now it works ok.
It's running as service.

under windows 2012 R2, with ultraVNC 1.2.0.3 , when you press the combination of keys alt gr+ (anything), seems that uvnc(server) hangs for a seconds.
