Where can I actually download the MSI installer versions for UltraVNC 1.4.0.6?

I did test this behavior again with the current viewer (1.2.0.6) and the server (1.2.0.5 as well as with 1.2.0.6) version and it looks like as if this problem is fixed.
I guess this happened with "minimize viewer and high cpu" in Version 1.2.0.5.
