WinXP: not a valid Win32 application

The 4 .exe files produced by this build that I tested (winvnc/vncviewer; base & "N" zips) fail to run on 32-bit WinXP, giving the message "...is not a valid Win32 application."
1.2.4 is okay.

I run the UltraVNC viewer in listen mode under WINE on Ubuntu for that -- been doing it that way for years. Occasionally there are weird things -- for instance, if you try fullscreen mode you'll be chasing the floating title bar all over the screen -- but most of the time it works well.

When the SC winvnc.exe is run, if the length of the full path of the directory it's in (which in my testing is also the current working directory) is between 14 & 17 chars (not including any trailing "\"), for example "C:\12345678901" or "C:\12345678901234", the logo will not display.
