Hi again Rudi, You were right! It was a UAC issue. Wow, that worked! Thanks for the fast reply, Rudy! I stopped the uvnc_service Service in the Control Panel on the 2012 server, and ran the desktop UVNC Server icon "as administrator". Now the Viewer works fine. BUT -- how do I get the Service in the control-panel to "Run as Administrator ...
