Hi, I have the same trouble with version 1.1.8 and 1.1.9. When I install downloaded UltraVNC, everything seems OK. When I translate my own version od 1.1.9.0 or 1.1.8.8 (without any changes in source code, with/without DirectX SDK July 2010) and replace original EXE file, it behaves on some PCs ...
