Ok, after (lots of) trial & error here is what I have come up with...

The problem is not actually in the creation of the exe itself; it has something to do with the the way it is displayed. I can best explain by example:

I just created & uploaded the file "test999.zip". It is nothing more than the ...

Ok, so now we know it is broken.

What can I do to fix it?

BTW, it is only the "UltraVncSC based on REL1.00 " that is broken.

The EXACT SAME file uploaded to "UltraVncSC based on RC23" works properly and the logo displays just like it should.

Yup, I checked and double checked.

In fact to be really sure I got an old copy of the original .ZIP file from September of last year off my backup drive - the exact same zip file that had worked before - it also didn't work.

The online creator tool is currently not putting the LOGO.BMP file correctly into the downloadable .EXE file. The resulting .EXE still works fine, but just has an empty space where the logo should be. I first noticed this about a week ago; still not working today...
