I am using SC (Viewer 1.02) since 2 years and I am very happy with it (many thanks to the people behind this). My PC works now under XP and I get a fix IP from my ISP.

Hi,

in between I have got some more knowledges and I think that PCHelpware should be a good path.

Testing it, I have noticed that the Server Connect Button does not always appear. Is it due to the availibility of uvnc.com?

I am a very happy user of SC and it helps me nearly every day. I have also configured NAT routers to be able to give support with viewers being behind a Firewall and finally using port 443 so that servers can be also behind Firewalls. That's about all my experiences.

Hi,

SC is working perfectly and I enjoy using it.
Now I want to be able to give support to people being behind a Firewall which blocks all ports except 80 and 443.

Thus in helpdesk.txt, I have specified:
-plugin -connect 84.72.yy.xxx:443 -noregistry

I thought that I just need also to specify the ...
