Actually, I've already tried disabling my ZoneAlarm firewall completely and no change... Do you have a router? I'm trying to ensure i have the correct Port Forward stuff set up but I have no idea. I need to figure out is when i go to my routers port settings, am i supposed to use the IP of my PC ...

Iv read somewhere about ultra VNC not liking Zone Alarm. Not sure where I found that. That could be your problem right there. You could also try turning off the XP firewall as well and see if it works. No luck on my end though.

Thanks for the reply but that doesn't help. What I would like to know is why sometimes it works and other times (When I do the exact same install process) it does not work or I get a password not set bla.. bla bla... Why is this program so inconsistent.
