Err...with x86 VNC setup shows a black screen after leaving it running for some time, so it's not without issues. Ideally, I would like to have the x64 set up with the new w8 driver, but the keyboard issue is a blocker.

Thanks for the quick response.
The only issue I faced with the x64 drivers was the keyboard input problem. The display seemed fine. I had UAC turned on, and it didn't seem to take any keystrokes. I had set the machine to auto-login into an account, so I wasn't stuck at the logon screen ...

Hi,
I'm using UltraVNC 1.1.1 32-bit WinXP build on a Windows Server 2012 box (nearly the same as Windows 8). The installation of the addon (with the w8/mirror driver) - UltraVNC_1_1_1_Addons - fails with the message:
C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\driver\ setupdrv.exe
CreateProcess failed; code 267 ...
