Working on Win7 64bit machine. Turns out that the Windows Event Viewer messages were irrelevant. Everything is working great now. The biggest problem I had was connecting from the Internet. I have a Netopia DSL modem/Router. When forwarding the 443 port it would show up ok in the router Pinholes ...

I'm new to the forum. Hope this hasn't been answered but if it has, I can't find it. When I right click the running InstantSupport.exe icon in the tray & choose 'install as a service', it closes and I get the following two errors in my Win7 event viewer. I have UAC set to off.
