Can the MS Logon feature be used on Windows 98?

If so how i have tried serval methods and it doesn't work. Please could someome tell me the correct method on how to do this (If it can be done) Windows 2k/XP is fine but 98 is a completely different ball game.

We have 2000 Active directory network.
