I was able to decompile testtech.exe with exe2aut v3 from the autoit beta downloads.

Kudos to Rudi and Dwalf for great tools. Can one of you tell me how to modify the paramaters passed to the viewer in your support.exe? I need to make sure that the viewer starts up as vncviewer.exe -listen -viewonly -autoscaling. We're not supposed to actually touch anything on the users' machines ...
