Sorry for bugging you guys. I found my mistake. I was supposed to open port 5900 instead of 5800 on the router. But now since I dont have access to the router, I could switch the ports on the server.

I have the same problem. I'm using UltraVnc in LAN using no-reg dsm and it works fine. I wanted to use it in WAN connection, so I forwarded the port in the router, and tested it by telneting it remotely: telnet host 5800 and had no problem.
